Chef Zack Cooper continues to create healthy, fresh, and tasty meals at Vault Cocktail Lounge.  With the goal of using in season local ingredients that pair perfectly with our craft cocktail program, Zack has made Vault the go to restaurant in Portland’s Pearl District.
